A Project Management professional with over 20 years’ post graduate experience successfully delivering complex and varied infrastructure projects in Australia, UK and Ireland.

Karl is a recognised leader with a natural ability to inspire teams to optimal performance. He is both a proactive, reactive manager of people and an excellent communicator.

Highly experienced in project development, Karl has a proven record in delivering brownfield rail projects in the private and public sectors.

Technically strong with a keen eye for engineering detail, Karl is highly effective manager of complex construction projects, he brings a highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to access problems, derive effective solutions and take decisive action

Sal Haider

Director

Sal has over 20 years’ experience in applying a framework approach to managing multidisciplinary systems integration and complex brownfield infrastructure projects within operational environments.

Sal is highly skilled in operating under the TfNSW Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) and Systems Engineering framework as well as the requirements of Rail Safety National Law and the Work Health and Safety Act.

He is exceedingly experienced in delivery of projects with multipart staging and complex risk profiles to ensure safety and certainty of meeting delivery targets. 

His experience in identifying and managing challenging stakeholder requirements to meet project delivery targets is recognised within Transport for NSW brownfield rail infrastructure and Sydney Metro projects. 

He is an avid champion for mentoring aboriginal youths and women in engineering. He employs a “lean in” approach to empower the future of our industry

Bree Stonestreet

Director

Bree has over 10 years’ experience in engineering and infrastructure industries in Australia and the UK. She has a reputation for strong leadership in multi-disciplined delivery teams to enable successful construction and commission of projects.

With a proven track record of working well in project environments with competing stakeholder interests and multiple interfaces, Bree is an excellent communicator at all levels, from executive to site. Her direct approach and problem-solving nature ensures collaboration and communication between clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Bree is highly skilled in construction and staging of multi-facet projects. She has a keen eye for complex staging issues and uses her knowledge of project frameworks and third-party processes to successfully deliver construction staging works. On site, Bree ensures the works are constructed safely, reliably and to the required standards.

Bree strives to be a mentor to younger women in the construction industry and promotes STEM to school aged children.
